OFFSET INKS

DMS Offset Inks are developed for sheet printing on metallic surfaces such as tinned sheet metal, non-tinned sheet metal, black sheet metal, and aluminum. The highest performance is achieved when surfaces are prepared with a suitable primer.

Technology & Application

  • Developed for wet offset printing systems.
  • Compatible with commonly used fountain solutions in the industry.
  • After application, varnish can be applied both wet-on-wet and on dried surfaces.

Features

  • Provides good flexibility during printing.
  • Offers high durability as a system when used together with the applied primer and topcoat varnish.
  • Resistant to steam and water sterilization (1 hour / 130°C).

→ Note: The topcoat varnish used must also be resistant to sterilization for full durability.

  • Provides high-quality metal decoration with a wide color range.
  • Offers high opacity, sharp detail, and color stability.
