Crown Covers

Our systems are specifically designed for crown caps, an indispensable solution for the beverage industry.

  • Inner coating: Food-safe barrier structures and high pasteurization resistance.
  • Outer coating: Transparent, metallic, gold, white, colored, or fully printed varnish systems suitable for decoration.

ROPP & Wine Lids (Roll-On Pilfer-Proof)

Twist-off Food Lids

These structures are specifically developed for lids used on products such as jam, baby food, pickles, and sauces.

  • Internal Coating: Since the inner surfaces of twist-off caps are in direct contact with the product, they require the highest level of barrier properties. Our specially developed internal coating products provide excellent chemical resistance for food products. Our coating solutions, which support gasket adhesion, offer optimized solutions based on customer needs with various epoxy–phenolic and phenolic system options; BPA- and PFAS-free alternatives are also available.
  • External Coating: Brand visibility, resistance to outdoor conditions, and scratch resistance are key priorities in external coatings. Our high-performance external surface coatings, designed for this purpose, provide an ideal base for printing applications in a wide range of colors.
