UV Offset Inks
DMS UV Offset Inks are developed to offer high print quality on tinned, non-tinned, black tin, and aluminum surfaces. UV-curing systems are particularly preferred in fast-running sheet metal decoration lines.
Technology & Application
- Developed for UV-curing offset systems.
- After application, it is recommended to apply varnish on the dried surface (conventional or UV varnish).
Performance Characteristics
- Provides good flexibility.
- System compatibility with the applied primer and varnish is important.
- Resistant to steam and water sterilization (1 hour / 130°C).
→ Suitable varnish must be used for sterilization.
- Provides a glossy, smooth, and durable surface on metal.
- Resistant to scratching and abrasion after printing.
